Is there a way that the station will instantly start the next song without pressing play after the last one is finished? I didn't see anything so I just post it here.

This is not correct behaviour; the songs should continuously play until you press pause.
Can you please tell us what internet browser you are using and what your operating system is?

I am struggling to find contact details for an admin on the WE7 website. I would just like to know how does the "request" count work. I haven't logged in this month yet, but I get a message saying "You have used all your available song requests for this month." when trying to listen to a specific song.

You shouldn't be getting that message while you are signed out, it should be saying "Join with your favourite network, or fill in our simple form". Can you double check the specific words for us?

Occasionally there are multiple bands which have the same name but are completely different, for example Parachutes, an Icelandic experimental music duo and Parachutes the German post-hardcore band. When listening to Sigur Ros radio it would would very much be preferable for the former to play rather than the latter. Another example I can think of is Cast. I was a little confused when it listed twenty albums by them; apparently there is some Mexican group with the same name. I expect there are more examples.

Thanks for pointing out the two "Discovery" bands; we have the one album ("LP") from the "real" (i.e. US) band, you can find this at

We'll now fix the site so that those "Journey Into Sound" albums appear under a separate artist.

Is there a way to remove the blocked songs from my playlist and start suggesting again
so I build a new one?

We suspect it's due to the streaming rights of a lot of your thumbed up tracks having changed recently. We are no longer allowed to stream them in your country.

How do I select a song to go into a playlist? I like to listen to bands like Black Sabbath, Airbourne, AC/DC, Motorhead, etc good bit of rock. To listen then I type one of them to create a radio station to hear similar, but sometimes other REAL heavy rock like Megadeath, Iron Maiden, Accept etc bit TOO heavy for me keep popping up. This is a problem is I have to keep skipping, then I have to keep having to loads of adverts :-( Can you help?

When I sign in 'My Music' says I have thumbed up 500 songs, then I thumb up more songs and it increases. The only problem is when I leave WE7.com and the return it goes back to 500. Can I only Thumb up 500 songs? Or is it a problem?
